Kuradashi genshu bottled as a junmai from Shukuhou Shuzo, founded in 1885 in Wakayama. No water is added after fermentation, preserving the full concentration of rice umami and a robust alcohol presence. The brewery draws on subterranean Ki River water and a legacy of dry, firm-boned sake.
