Description
Kumpeki Junmai Ginjo Genshu Hyoon Jukuseishu is an undiluted, aged junmai ginjo from Kumpeki Shuzo in Aichi, where hyoon (cool shade) aging allows the sake to develop slowly at low temperature. As a genshu (undiluted) jukuseishu (matured sake), it carries concentrated flavor and added complexity compared to standard ginjo releases.
