Kumpeki Hahasohano from Kumpeki Shuzo in Inazawa, Aichi, is named for the leaf of the hahaso oak, a classical poetic image of Japan. An everyday-category sake from a Kisogawa water-area brewery, it reflects the regional character of this Aichi kura in an accessible format.

The president himself serves as a forest, and is hand -made with a small amount. The watering water is natural water drawn from 100 meters underground. Using No. 10 yeast and cherry yeast, it features a gentle mouthfeel.
