Description
Kujira Ichibigenshu (一番原酒) is the undiluted first-run sake from Chiyoshuzou's estate, made with Yamada Nishiki from the brewery's own fields polished to 60%. Founded in 1873 in Gose City near the base of Mount Katsuragi, this Nara brewery under winemaker-turned-toji Tetsuya Sakai brings a vinous focus to pure rice sake craft.
