Description
Kujira Junmai Ginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% from Chiyoshuzou's own contracted rice fields in Gose City, Nara. Since ex-winemaker Tetsuya Sakai took over in 2007, the Kujira label has developed wine-influenced precision, producing clean, terroir-driven sake that draws on the Katsuragi mountain spring water.
