Description

An unfiltered (muroka), unpasteurized, undiluted (genshu) Junmai from Chiyoshuzou's Kujira label in Gose City, Nara. Crafted with Yamada Nishiki from the brewery's own contracted fields and underground spring water from Mount Katsuragi, this triple-natural expression delivers raw, vivid sake character shaped by ex-winemaker Tetsuya Sakai's terroir-focused approach.
