Description

Kujira Ikka Genshu is an undiluted, first-run Junmai from Chiyoshuzou in Gose City, Nara. The Kujira label focuses on Yamada Nishiki grown in the brewery's own contracted fields, released as ichibigenshu without dilution to preserve the full richness of the Katsuragi mountain spring water and the deep umami of this estate-grown rice.
