Description

Koto Daiginjogenshu is an undiluted daiginjo bottled at full brewing strength from Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto, polished to 50%. Bypassing dilution preserves the full intensity of the ginjo aromatics developed in Fushimi's soft-water environment.
