Koten Tokubetsugentei Daiginjo Kampyokaishuttenshu is a specially limited daiginjo from Kouten Shuzo in Nagano released for the national new sake exhibition season. Kampyokai refers to the official sake competition held each spring, and shuttenshu designates a sake entered in or released for that competition. This expression represents Kouten Shuzo's highest-level craftsmanship in daiginjo brewing.
