Description
Koten Junmai Ginjo Murokagenshu Namazake is an unpasteurized, unfiltered, undiluted pure rice ginjo from Kouten Shuzo in Nagano. Muroka means no charcoal filtration, preserving the natural color and fuller flavor of the sake, while genshu retains full-strength alcohol. This combination produces a robust and expressive nama junmai ginjo with vivid character.
