Description

Koten Gentei Junmai Daiginjo is a limited-edition pure rice daiginjo from Kouten Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture. The gentei designation signals a small-batch, restricted release brewed with highly polished rice. Nagano's cold mountain climate provides ideal conditions for the extended low-temperature fermentation characteristic of junmai daiginjo.
