Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjo Funashibori

🍶
Description

Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjo Funashibori is an expression from Hara Shuzo where the fermented mash is pressed using the traditional fune (box press) method, collecting sake gently to preserve delicate aromas and flavors. The brewery sources 100% Niigata prefecture rice, all precision-milled in-house, and uses soft water from Kashiwazaki for a clean, silky texture. This sake has won a Gold Medal Trophy at the International Wine Challenge (IWC).
