Description
Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjo is produced by Hara Shuzo using 100% contract-grown Niigata prefecture rice, all milled in-house to a 50% polishing ratio or finer. The brewery draws on soft snowmelt water from the Yoneyama area to suppress harsh notes and bring out a mellow, apple-like ginjo fragrance with gentle sweetness. This expression won a Gold Medal Trophy at the International Wine Challenge.
