Koshino Kanbai Hyakujushuneniwaizake Ichirinitteki is a commemorative junmai ginjo from Ishimoto Shuzo, celebrating 110 years of the brewery's history as a celebratory (iwaizake) sake. The name ichirinitteki suggests a single-drop-at-a-time precision, reflecting the care invested in this limited anniversary expression. Brewed with Niigata's renowned soft snowmelt water and locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice, it embodies the refined, dry style that made Koshino Kanbai a national benchmark.
