Kiraraka Nashisake

Pear liqueur from Yoshinotomo Shuzo in Toyama, developed in partnership with Fujiwara Farm in Imizu City using the local branded Kiraraka pear variety grown with deep ocean water and organic fertilizer. The brewery blends the pear juice with its characteristically dry, full-bodied pure rice sake, letting the pear's delicate sweetness stand out without additives.
