Description

Daiginjo from this Shiga kura, brewed from Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% and awarded gold at the National New Sake Tasting Competition in 2013. The award-winning year also brought a Shiga Governor's Award at the Shiga Local Sake Festival. Elegant ginjo fragrance spreads on the palate, followed by rich, rounded flavor with a pleasant lingering finish.
