A josen (upper-selection) grade everyday sake from this 300-year-old Shiga kura in Taga Town, brewed with Suzuka mountain spring water and Omi rice. The josen classification represents the kura's reliably crafted mid-range offering, suited to versatile daily drinking. Produced near the nationally celebrated Taga Taisha shrine, the brewery draws on local water and rice to express Omi regional character.
