Description
Kametoki Genshu is an undiluted sake bottled in traditional ceramic tokkuri vessels from Taga in Shiga. The ceramic packaging is a nod to Japan's sake-serving tradition, and the genshu bottling delivers the brewery's full-strength character rooted in Shiga's mountain spring water.
