Kinranfuji Musume Junmaishu uses Yume Ikkon, a sake rice developed specifically for Fukuoka Prefecture, in a junmai from Goto Shuzojo. Yume Ikkon (Dream of One Offering) was bred in Fukuoka to produce sake with distinctive local character, and this junmai showcases the prefecture's own rice variety in the Gold Brocade Wisteria label.
