Description
Kinko Yamahaijikomi Junmaishu is a pure rice sake from KK Ookurahonke, brewed in Nara using the yamahai method for starter cultivation without added lactic acid. The junmai classification means no brewer's alcohol has been added, letting the rice and fermentation express themselves fully. This sake carries a savory, full-bodied character with well-integrated acidity from the natural yamahai process.
