Description
Produced at KK Ookurahonke in Nara, this yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai uses Tamasakae rice and is bottled directly from the tank as jikagumi without additional processing. The direct-draw method retains the sake's raw, unfiltered vitality, combining the rustic complexity of yamahai fermentation with Tamasakae's naturally mild grain character.
