Kinko Junmaigenshu Usunigori

🍶
Description

Kinko Junmaigenshu Usunigori is an undiluted, lightly cloudy junmai sake from Ookurahonke in Nara, retaining a gentle haze from residual rice particles left in suspension. As a genshu, no water is added after fermentation, resulting in a richer texture and higher alcohol than standard sake. The usunigori style sits between fully clear and heavily cloudy nigori, delivering a soft, creamy mouthfeel with subtle sweetness and depth.
