Kimpo - Honjozo sake from Kawabu Jozo Co.,Ltd, Mie
Description

Kimpo Honjozo is produced at Kawabu Jozo, a Mie brewery founded in 1857 that draws on well water said to have been dug by the Buddhist monk Kobo Daishi. The brewery's Taki-district location, between two sacred rivers of the Ise Jingu region, shapes the soft, full-bodied style of its brewing.
