Yakaratare is a daiginjo from Kawabu Jozo, a Mie brewery with over 160 years of history situated near Ise Jingu, where back-to-back national new-sake competition gold medals were won in 1991 and 1992. No product-specific tasting notes were found; the sake is produced with highly polished rice in this premium grade category.
