Kikuyoi Jummai Daiginjo Matsushitamai 50

Kikuyoi Jummai Daiginjo Matsushitamai 50 - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Aoshima Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Shizuoka
Description

Named for Matsushita Akihiro, the local farmer who grows the organic Yamadanishiki rice used in this expression, the Matsushita-mai line at Aoshima Shuzo reflects a farm-to-bottle philosophy rare even among artisan breweries. Polished to 50% and brewed with Shizuoka yeast and soft Oigawa River water, this Junmai Daiginjo from the 1868-founded brewery delivers the delicate, low-acidity elegance that has made Kikuyoi a benchmark for the prefecture's sake style.
