Water → Oigawa Water System Southern Alps underground water. Yamada Nishiki (partially) due to rice → self -cultivation. Yeast → Shizuoka yeast. Skills → Ginjo brewing of Shita Mori and Denbei style. Mori → Kuramoto Tori Denzaburo Aoshima.
