This Tokubetsu Junmai from Aoshima Brewery in Fujieda, Shizuoka is brewed using organically cultivated Yamadanishiki rice grown by the owner-brewer himself. The sake reflects the Shizuoka terroir with a delicate, low-acid profile and soft texture characteristic of the region's pure river water.
