Kikuyoi from Aoshima Shuzo in Fujiedashi, Shizuoka, is brewed with Shizuoka yeast and soft groundwater from the South Alps via the Oi River watershed. The house style emphasizes delicate, refined aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, and a lively, clean finish. Brewed with organically cultivated Yamada Nishiki grown in collaboration with local farmers, the brewery treats every step from rice cultivation onward as integral to the sake.
