This is a daiginjo sake brewed during the coldest part of the year. The brewers focus all their attention during the brewing process, and failure is not an option. They carefully craft this sake using the finest rice, and it is made with Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture polished to 40%, along with yeast from Miyagi Prefecture. It has received numerous gold awards at sake competitions and offers a refined taste that you should definitely experience.
