They carefully craft this sake using the finest rice, and it is made with Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture polished to 40%, along with yeast from Miyagi Prefecture. It has received numerous gold awards at sake competitions and offers a refined taste that you should definitely experience.
