Kazenoshizuku Junmai Ginjo from Iiyama Shuzo in northern Nagano is a pure-rice ginjo under the Kazenoshizuku label, brewed without added alcohol with rice polished to at least 60% to develop the delicate fruity and floral aromas that define the ginjo style. The name Kazenoshizuku, meaning dew of the wind, reflects the brewery's connection to the pure natural environment of northern Nagano, where cold mountain air and snowmelt water create exceptional conditions for ginjo fermentation. This expression represents the premium tier of the Kazenoshizuku range.
