Description
Hiziri Yamadanishiki 50 Junmai Ginjo Binhiire is a bottle-pasteurized junmai ginjo from Hijiri Shuzo in Shibukawa, Gunma, brewed exclusively with Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%. Single in-bottle pasteurization (binhiire) gently preserves the elegant floral aromas and balanced umami characteristic of Yamadanishiki, while maintaining freshness without the flavor loss associated with tank pasteurization.
