Description

A tokubetsu junmai polished to 59%, bottled muroka (unfiltered), bin-hiiire (in-bottle pasteurized once), and nama-chozo (cold-stored before pasteurization) under the Kanae label from Shinshu Meijo. This gentle single-pasteurization approach retains fresh character while adding a touch of mellowness, brewed with ultra-soft Wadatoge obsidian water.
