Rate this sake
🍶
Description

Expect notes of dried plum and brown sugar giving way to a peppery finish in this tokubetsu junmai, brewed from Omachi rice milled to 50 percent and Hattan Nishiki milled to 60 percent. Soft well water from Hiroshima and a full bodied, umami rich style typical of western Japan round out the profile at roughly 16 percent alcohol.
