Description

Brewed in Okayama with Satoumimai Akihikari rice polished to 58 percent, this nama genshu junmai ginjo reaches 16.5 percent alcohol. A yeast derived from Okayama white peaches lends a smooth texture with notes of melon, cherry, and sweet pineapple, though the sake is firm and tight on the palate and benefits from a little time to open up outside the fridge.
