🍶
Description

Omachi Junmai Ginjo is a varietal junmai ginjo from Kamikokoro Shuzo KK in Okayama, brewed with Omachi rice, one of the oldest surviving sake rice varieties in Japan and strongly associated with Okayama Prefecture where it originated. Omachi is known for producing sake with deep, earthy complexity and a rich, full-bodied character that differs markedly from Yamadanishiki-based ginjos, with this expression polished to 60% or below.
