Description
Kamikokoro Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namazake is an unfiltered (muroka), unpasteurized (namazake) junmai ginjo from Kamikokoro Shuzo KK in Okayama, closely related to its namashu counterpart in its production approach. Both the absence of charcoal filtration and the lack of heat pasteurization ensure that the sake retains maximum freshness, natural color, and the full spectrum of aromas present at pressing.
