Description
Kamikokoro Honjozo Nigorisake is a cloudy (nigori) honjozo from Kamikokoro Shuzo KK in Okayama, combining the slightly sweeter, milky texture of an unfiltered sake with the lighter body that a small addition of distilled alcohol provides. Rice particles remain in suspension, giving the sake its characteristic white, opaque appearance and creamy mouthfeel.
