The brewery, operating continuously since 1717 in one of Japan's snowiest regions, crafts this seasonal expression with a smooth body and refreshing sharpness that balances the inherent richness of the unfiltered style.

Aoki Sake Brewery's sake, which is represented by "crane -age", is created by the various grace of the snowy country and the traditional technique of Echigo Mori. Among the Niigata sake, which has many "Tanrei dry", we will aim to make the sake brewing of "Tanrei -kuchi", which leaves the original taste of sake rice, and inherits the taste for the next 100 years.
