Tokubetsu junmai from Asahi Shuzo in Shimane's Izumo region, carrying the Jujiasahi name that dates back to a sake presented to the Emperor in 1907. Made without distilled alcohol and with a special designation reflecting a distinct rice or polishing specification above standard junmai.
