Received the Gold Award in the first year of the first year at the National Shinkai Appraisal, the only sake apprentice held on a nationwide scale. From some of the preparations that have been created by the spirit of the appreciation, we have bottled the alcohol of the exhibition tank that has been carefully selected by Mr. Tori.
