Junmaishu Orenosake

🍶
Description

Junmaishu Orenosake is a pure rice junmai from Nakagawa Shuzo in Noto, Ishikawa, whose name Orenosake means my sake, emphasizing its personal and unpretentious character suited for everyday enjoyment. All flavor comes from the fermentation of rice, koji, yeast, and water alone, yielding a fuller, slightly richer body compared to honjozo expressions. The Noto Peninsula's brewing tradition and mineral-rich groundwater give this casual-drinking sake a grounded, regionally expressive character.

In the basement of the warehouse, there is a treasure water that is endless. One pride is the sake from Wajima, which is the closest to the Sea of Japan. Because the water quality is good, it is generally a dry type, and you can make alcohol that you can feel faintly sweet at the rear mouth.
