Description

Junmai using Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, brewed with the hard well water of Kainan, Wakayama, which drives a powerful fermentation and builds the concentrated umami typical of the Kuroushi style. Smooth and round with satisfying body, it can be enjoyed chilled or at a gentle warm.
