Description
Brewed at the 1790-founded Yamatogawa Shuzoten in Kitakata, Fukushima, this junmai has earned five consecutive gold medals at the Kanzake Contest. Rooted in the brewery's own rice-farming program in Aizu, it delivers a rich umami that expands on the palate and then recedes cleanly, balancing flavor and sharpness in equal measure.
