Yauemon Junmai Daiginjo Shihoshiri - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Yamatogawa Shuzoten Co., Fukushima
Description

"Junmai Daiginjo Shikata Shirisato" is the ultimate liquor born from the culture of Kitakata, including Shikata Shirisato, Futari Futari, Raw Rice, Water, and Makiki, which is also the creed of our shop. The taste is very small, flowing into the throat, spicy, and a slightly sweetness that comes out a little later.
