Yoruguruto is a yogurt-based liqueur from the historic Yamatogawa Shuzoten in Kitakata, Fukushima, combining pure junmai sake with whole milk yogurt and honey. The result is a creamy, mildly sweet drink that retains the lactic character of the dairy base alongside the depth of the underlying sake.
