Description

The Shimane prefecture's sake rice "Saika Nishiki" was polished to 55 % with self -polished rice and carefully prepared. It is fermented slowly and well in a well -balanced manner to bring out the elegant aroma and taste. It was squeezed slowly in an old -fashioned wooden tank, and was bottled as an unfiltered raw at all that did not filter.
