Description

Josen Suisen is a honjozo blended from Koshihikari, Yume Nishiki, and Fuku no Hana rice, all milled to 70%, at Yamada Shuzo in Aichi's Kanie-cho district. The brewery draws on Kiso River groundwater and Ibuki mountain-area breezes to shape a clean, everyday honjozo with soft acidity and a smooth finish.
