Reishu Suisen is a cold-service honjozo built from a blend of Koshihikari, Yume Nishiki, and Fuku no Hana rice milled to 70%, intended for chilled drinking in the classic Suisen style from Yamada Shuzo in Aichi. The use of Kiso River groundwater and controlled fermentation yields a refreshing, light-bodied table sake.
