Description

This honjozo takes its name from the legend of Iwaki Yumoto Onsen, where a wounded crane recovered in the hot spring's waters. Produced by Taiheizakura Shuzo using 100% Fukushima-grown rice and water from the Abukuma mountain range, it is brewed with the prefecture's own yeast.
