Description

A nama-chozo (live-stored) honjozo from Taiheizakura Shuzo in Iwaki, Fukushima, cold-stored without heat treatment until bottling to preserve freshness. The brewery uses 100% Fukushima-grown rice and water from the Abukuma mountain range, pressing the moromi slowly in a traditional wooden槽.
